AllSouth Credit Union is offering some competitive certificate rates. The best rates require a $100,000 minimum deposit. These include a 1.96% APY 6-month CD, a 2.27% APY 12-month CD and a 2.47% APY 24-month CD. Lower rates are available for smaller deposits. Similar rates are also available in an IRA.
